RETURN POLICY: Unless merchandise is lost or damaged in shipping, all sales are final. All patterns are Copyright Mary Sorensen and cannot be duplicated without the express written consent of Mary Sorensen.

SHIPPING POLICY: All orders will be shipped within 7 working days after receipt of check unless otherwise notified. 

Canadian Orders: We ship via First Class International. If you want a faster service, please contact me at maryappliques@gmail.com to arrange alternate shipping.

International Orders: We ship via Priority Mail International. Please contact me at maryappliques@gmail.com for shipping charges BEFORE using the PayPal shopping cart.
